X-VPN provides a Virtual Private Network service that encrypts your internet traffic and masks your IP address. The service is operated by LIGHTNINGLINK NETWORKS PTE. LTD.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Premium subscriptions are billed according to the plan you select. Annual plans are billed once per year. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase (excluding cryptocurrency payments).
Premium accounts allow up to 5 simultaneous device connections. Free accounts are limited to 1 device.
X-VPN is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. VPN effectiveness may vary by location and network conditions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, X-VPN shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service. You may cancel your subscription at any time.
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
